Our School Dianella Heights
Welcome to our school. Let us share some important information about Dianella Heights Primary School. Our School Office is open from 8am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Dianella Heights Primary School is situated in a very quiet and safe locality just fifteen minutes from the Perth CBD. First opened in 1964, our school is comprised of clusters of buildings surrounded by gardens, grassed areas and an extensive natural bush area.
We have two grassed ovals, as well as tennis, netball and basketball courts. Students also enjoy the benefits of our well-equipped library and new Science and Arts Centre. All students have access to iPads and every classroom has interactive whiteboards.
We view education as a cooperative venture in which parents, as well as the school, play a significant role. Working together, we can cater for the needs and abilities of each child allowing individuals to achieve their full potential.
Dianella Heights Primary has an active School Board, and P & C Association which provides ongoing support and improvements to school amenities such as the provision of interactive whiteboards, maths and literacy materials, covered walk way, student awards and many others.
The main aim of the P & C is to involve the community in the school and support the School through various fundraising events. You can help your P & C by supporting these events or we’d love for you to join us at our regular P & C meetings.
At Dianella Heights Primary we believe that every child matters everyday and all students can be high achievers.
Our motto at Dianella Heights Primary School is, Aspire, Learn Achieve. Our highly trained teaching staff provide research-based explicit teaching guided by data driven planning.
