Year 3, Kalamunda History Village Excursion

An amazing glimpse into Australia's colourful history pages

Year 3, Kalamunda History Village

As part of the learning program, the students in Room 12, 13 and 14 will be visiting the Kalamunda History Village on Wednesday, 24  May 2017.

The students will enjoy the Junior Pioneer Life Tour. They will also have the opportunity to explore the village in small groups.

The cost of the excursion is $13.80 and this will need to be returned with the permission slip by Monday 15 May. We will be leaving school at approximately 9.00am. We will have recess when we arrive at the village.  After the tour we will walk to Stirk Park to have lunch. We will be departing from there at approximately 1.30pm and arrive back to school at approximately 2:15pm. West Wide Bus Company will be transporting us.

Please ensure your child is wearing full school uniform (no faction shirts please) and enclosed shoes on the day of the excursion. Students must bring recess, lunch in a labelled disposable bag and a labelled drink bottle.

Students are also required to bring one piece of fruit (apples, oranges, lemons) for ‘grading’ at the history village. Please write your child’s name directly onto the fruit (no sticky labels please).

Kind regards
